-1 year warranty. If it makes it past a year, it’s on there. This is to cover a faulty laser etch prematurely fading. Over time patina, scratches, dings, and normal use can change the appearance of the laser etchings/ annealing. This is bespoke to your key’s journey and part of what makes it uniquely yours.

-We’ll need to get your key shipped back to us for repairs. Anything that cannot be repaired will warrant a new replacement be shipped back to you. Custom artwork keys may require longer turn around times in the warranty process due to the required lasering.
