Heat treated to maintain the machined socket geometry lug after lug. 624 Bronze was used for the thumb knurling and cross bar weights. Assembled for a lifetime of use. These keys have the thumb knurling pressed and cross pinned. To avoid galling on the stainless steel cross bar, we cold weld it into place using liquid nitrogen. This ensures a perfectly centred, permanently bonded cross bar. With the addition of the cross bar weights, this key is able to cork-screw drum lugs in and out like no key you’ve used before.
